April 6th 2019 Kinsley, Kansas near Dodge City

We got up this morning. And the weather revealed horrible thunderstorms in Wichita where we were headed, so we ask the park owner if we could stay one more day!! Oh course he was was very happy we wanted to stay another day. he suggested we take a 30 min drive up to Fort Larned and spend the day. We took Lexie  with us and she really enjoyed her ride around the Fort in her stroller!! A great day and soooo glad we chose to stay. A great history lesson again!!! Lol I have a few pics to share!!
