12/8/16 Thursday Charleston SC

We left our home port this morning at 8:30am it took almost an hour to put in 322 gals of diesel fuel!!
We had a beautiful 65 degree sunny travel day. Leaving so late we did not anchor just south of Charleston at Elliott's Cut until 6pm. I don't like to anchor after dark, just to hard to see what your doing!! Trusting your navigational system is a necessity!!
I prepared chicken strips and leftover broccoli rice and called it dinner!
Rod was asleep in his recliner by 7:45 I worked on the blog till 8:30 and we went to bed!! We did not make it to "Boaters Midnight" 9m!!
Ready for another travel day tomorrow!
LOve to all, Ms. Fran & Capn Rod
