We traveled 92 miles today!!! 10 hours later we threw out the anchor to called it a day!!! Butler Beach is about 5 miles south of St. Augustine Fla. We discovered a beautiful cove out of the wind to spend the night!!
We had only a snack for lunch and cereal for breakfast, so we were starved!! I was preparing a chicken noodle casserole for supper and the generator quit!!! Rod went into the motor room and discovered the radiator hose bracket on the generator had broken therefor the hose popped off and all the antifreeze from the radiator was now in the floor of the engine room!! Repair was easy, a 5 min job to replace the bracket and put in new antifreeze, but the mess to clean up took Rod a little longer!!
Thank God he is a great fix it man!!!
Supper then completed, and enjoyed!! After an hour on the phone with my daughter Sherry,( we really needed to catch up), jammies are on and ready for a good nights sleep!! Also my kitchen fairy, aka Rod, did all the dishes!!!! Love that kitchen fairy!!
We again were blessed with a great travel day!!
