2/25/16 Thursday Isle of Hope Savannah, Ga

Just as we expected we woke up this morning to still 35-40 mph wind gust. AND It was cold!!!! Yesterday was so warm the wind did not seem bad at all, but today the wind would cut you in two!!!
We decided to do chores on the boat, clothes to wash, Rod had some electrical things that needed attention. So plenty to do!!! Around noon there was some things Rod needed from the hardware store so we went and got the marinas loaner car for a short ride into town. We then decided we wanted Japanese for lunch but no one knew where there was one near by so instead we chose Chinese. We went just down the street from the hardware store to Wangs II. It was just what we needed!!! I had sesame shrimp with fried rice, Rod had sweet and sour chicken!! Plus the entree came with a cup of egg drop soup!! The lunch size portions were so large we brought home leftovers. Always good to have leftovers for night at anchor!!
We will be untieing in the morning and heading on north toward home!! We should be in Beaufort, SC tomorrow evening, Saturday in Charleston, SC and Sunday pull into our slip in Georgetown!!!
That's the plan anyway!!!
Please pray for our last few days of travel, I still have concerns with the winds!!!
Sorry no pics today, we did not do anything that warranted a pic of !!!! ha
I'll let you know of tomorrow's travels!  Love to all,  Fran & Capn Rod
